Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by RSK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED through our website, email communication, invoices, proposals, or any other official business channel.

By placing an order with us, the client agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Services

RSK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides IT services, digital execution services, freelancer coordination, content creation coordination, and influencer-related service management.

Since our services involve planning, resource allocation, freelancer assignment, creator coordination, and time-based work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order.

2. Order Cancellation Before Work Starts

A client may request cancellation before the work has started.

If no freelancer, creator, influencer, designer, developer, or internal team member has been assigned to the order, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting any payment gateway charges, administrative costs, or taxes already incurred.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once the work has started, or once resources have been assigned, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.

A partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of RSK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, depending on:

  • * Amount of work already completed
  • * Time spent by freelancers, creators, influencers, or internal team members
  • * Third-party costs incurred
  • * Project setup or coordination expenses
  • * Any deliverables already shared with the client

4. Completed Orders

No refund will be provided once the order has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.

If the client requires revisions, we may provide reasonable revisions as per the agreed project terms, proposal, or invoice.

5. Content Creation and Influencer Orders

For content creation and influencer-related orders, refunds may not be available once:

  • * The creator or influencer has accepted the campaign
  • * The content brief has been shared
  • * Production has started
  • * Content has been created
  • * The campaign has been posted or submitted
  • * Any third-party creator payment has been committed

Because influencer and content orders involve third-party time and commitments, cancellation requests will be reviewed case by case.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • * Payment gateway fees
  • * Government taxes
  • * Administrative charges
  • * Third-party vendor charges
  • * Freelancer or creator payments already committed
  • * Work already completed
  • * Custom digital work
  • * Rush order fees
  • * Consultation or planning fees

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of approval.

The actual time for the amount to reflect in the client’s account may depend on the bank, card provider, payment gateway, or payment method used.

9. Final Decision

RSK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially approve refund requests based on the order status, work completed, and costs already incurred.
